For building companies / regional evidence workbench
Make your scope
easier to understand.
See what our company research records about your company, which buyer questions remain open, and how to document the answers. The workbench uses the same source evidence readers see. It provides a practical content-review worksheet, with no paid position, ownership-verification badge or unpublished marketing score.

A practical publishing standard
Answers buyers can actually use.
01 / SCOPESay where responsibility ends.
Name what is supplied, installed, coordinated, optional and excluded. If a package and a managed build differ, give each its own included/excluded schedule. Do not imply that a drawing service includes the installed trade.
02 / PROJECT PROOFExplain your role in the example.
A useful case study identifies the general location, delivery model, system and your actual role, with permission for the material used. Label concepts and supplied images. Let relevant projects do more than decorate a gallery.
03 / GEOGRAPHYSeparate location from coverage.
Explain which service goes to which area. An office address, broad state claim and project in a city are different facts. Let buyers know when you need a parcel review before confirming fit.
Research corrections and commercial work.
This tool does not change the public dataset. If a recorded observation is incomplete, use the download to prepare the exact source URL, current wording and field that needs review. Updating a company website does not itself establish that a promised service is in every contract. We preserve dated evidence and material corrections.
The publisher also operates local contractor marketing and lead-generation properties. Any paid client, partner, tenant or sponsor is excluded from the scored list under the commercial-interest policy. Research positions are not for sale. This workbench has no payment, subscription or claim-submission flow.
These observations concern the sources reviewed, not workmanship, business demand, search rankings, revenue or an exhaustive website audit. No website changes are made by using this tool.
